[:it]FUNGALMET è un database di metaboliti secondari di origine fungina, già caratterizzati e noti in letteratura, che consente una rapida identificazione di sostanze naturali prodotte dai microrganismi. E’ possibile ricercare metaboliti all’interno di FUNGALMET applicando diversi filtri: il microrganismo produttore, il nome del composto, la sua formula chimica o il CAS_ID. Attualmente il numero di sequenze presenti nel database è pari a 3701. Il database sarà aggiornato in continuo con nuove sostanze naturali di origine fungina FUNGALMET è uno strumento bioinformatico realizzato nell’ambito del Progetto MIUR LINFA PON03PE_00026_1 dal titolo “LINFA- Laboratorio pubblico-privato per la ricerca e l’Innovazione nella Filiera olivicolA”.[:en]FUNGALMET is a database of fungal secondary metabolites, that are characterized and noted in the literature, that will permit the rapid identification of natural substances produced by these micro-organisms. It is possible to find the metabolites in FUNGALMET, conducting a search by: the producing microorganism, compound name, and the chemical formula or CAS_ID.

At present, the database contains 3701 recognized compound, that are continuously updated with new substances of fungal origin.
